Envirophase offers comprehensive Lead-Based Paint (LBP) testing services designed to help your multifamily properties comply with EPA, HUD, and USDA regulations, particularly for properties built before 1978. Our approach includes a thorough lead-based paint risk assessment using EPA-certified X-Ray Fluorescence (XRF) analyzers or laboratory analysis to detect the presence of lead-based paint and determine potential hazards. We conduct visual assessments, dust wipe sampling, and soil sampling where necessary, with all testing performed by EPA-certified risk assessors and inspectors to ensure full regulatory compliance.

Our process provides a detailed report of all findings, including identified lead hazards, and offers guidance on necessary mitigation actions. If lead hazards are detected, we can design and implement tailored lead hazard control strategies, such as interim controls or complete abatement, ensuring your property meets HUD’s Lead Safe Housing Rule (24 CFR Part 35) standards.
