When performing renovation or demolition of public buildings and private residences there is a risk that lead-based paint is present. To protect our health, the Environmental Protection Agency provides the Lead Renovation, Repair, and Painting Rule (RRP). This applies to homes, child care facilities, and pre-schools built before the year 1978. Lead inspections and risk assessments are the first step to managing lead hazards. Phase I ESA

The purpose of a Phase I ESA (Environmental Site Assessment) is to identify and assess characteristics of sites that are of environmental concern.

Phase II, III ESA

The purpose of the Phase II Environmental Site Assessment is to obtain definitive evidence of contamination through sampling and testing.

Asbestos

EnviroPhase is a licensed consultant in the identification and removal of asbestos in public and commercial buildings.

Mold

EnviroPhase helps identify, manage, and oversee the removal of asbestos, mold, lead, and silica in public and commercial buildings.

Property Condition Assessment (PCA)

Property Condition Assessments (PCA’s) are used to determine the general physical condition and maintenance status of a property and to recommend next steps to meet your long-term needs.

PST/UST Tank Services

EnviroPhase offers underground petroleum storage tank (PST/UST) checks, investigations, removal and mitigation services.

Vapor Intrusion

Properties where soil and/or groundwater have been affected by chemical releases, the potential exists for vapors to emanate from affected soils and/or groundwater and negatively affect air quality inside an overlying enclosed building.

Voluntary Cleanup Program (VCP)

The Voluntary Cleanup Program (VCP) oversees the cleanup of properties affected by chemical impacts related to current or historical property operations.

Innocent Owner/Operator Program (IOP)

The Innocent Owner/Operator Program (IOP) provides relief to property owners whose property has been affected by chemical impacts to soil or groundwater from off-site properties.

Industrial & Hazardous Waste Corrective Action Program (IHW)

The Corrective Action Program oversees the cleanup of properties affected by chemical impacts related to industrial or municipal wastes and facilitates closure of waste management units.

Municipal Settings Designation (MSD)

EnviroPhase has obtained numerous MSDs to support mitigation efforts on behalf of affected property owners that result in site closure.
