EnviroPhase provides Phase I/II/III Environmental Site Assessments (ESAs), Industrial Hygiene (asbestos, lead, mold, silica), tank removal/investigation, environmental mitigation and remediation, and related services. Our History

EnviroPhase was founded in 2005 with the goal of helping customers in the commercial real estate space expertly assess and mitigate environmental risks.

EnviroPhase has helped thousands of clients, conducted over 10,000 Phase I’s alone, and worked side by side with many of the leading commercial and industrial development firms as the Dallas-Fort region has grown into one of the largest, most dynamic areas of the country. EnviroPhase, many who exclusively rely on EnviroPhase as a trusted advisor and partner, has a wealth of experience and a reputation for transparency, responsiveness and fast turnaround
