Services Performed: Phase I/II/VCP/MSD

Phase I identified recognized environmental conditions (prior auto repair, manufacturing);

Subsequent Phase II identified soil and groundwater contamination

Site enrolled in the Voluntary Cleanup Program (VCP) with the TCEQ, and submitted request for Municipal Setting Designation (MSD) to the City of Dallas

Results: TCEQ provided site closure designation, client able to fully proceed with development
