Mold

Indoor air quality is often not considered during the design and construction phase of a building’s life cycle. Only once the building is occupied and complaints of ventilation or other issues arise does an owner become aware of this.

These issues tend to appear more frequently in areas where the outside air quality is poor. This requires ventilation and removal of contaminates more frequently. To mitigate these issues, we offer indoor air quality and moisture assessments to be preventive. In the event moisture damage has already occurred and led to microbial growth we provide microbial assessments and protocols for remediation.

In addition to Texas’ fight against the Asbestos health hazard, the Texas Mold Assessment and Remediation Rules were put into effect. There rules were prepared to ensure that anyone working as a licensed mold professional in the State of Texas follow standards to protect public health. Our range of services include the following:

The Corrective Action Program oversees the cleanup of properties affected by chemical impacts related to industrial or municipal wastes and facilitates closure of waste management units.

Municipal Settings Designation (MSD)
