Join EnviroPhase’s Kevin Almaguer, PG for a luncheon presentation next Tuesday, June 14 for the Society of Texas Environmental Professionals (STEP) meeting at the downtown Dallas El Fenix.

Kevin will be discussing Municipal Setting Designations (MSD’s), drawing upon his 30 years of experience as an environmental professional. This presentation is sure to be an interesting discussion on a lesser-known legislative option for addressing properties with groundwater issues. More details at the STEP website via link below.

Monthly Meeting

New Phase I ESA rules (ASTM E1527-21) will replace the previous standard (ASTM E1527-13) in the first quarter of 2022, introducing a raft of changes that will impact pre-acquisition environmental due diligence for commercial properties.

As part of due diligence for most commercial real estate transactions a Phase I Environmental Site Assessment (Phase I ESA) is required by most lenders.

This year EnviroPhase will be participating in Earth Day Texas. Earth Day Texas is an annual, outdoor festival that was founded in September of 2010 in order to produce the first large-scale Earth Day event in Dallas, Texas.
